The SBM group offers a standard warranty for all regions that meets the legal requirements of the corresponding country. However, the dealers can offer and fulfill warranties for periods longer than the legally required period at their own discretion. In countries in the EU, the standard warranty period is 2 years.

The standard warranty is only valid under the warranty terms of the SBM group!

Extended Warranty

* Our unique offer of an extended warranty confirms the high quality of the products offered by the SBM group. The extended warranty applies to all countries in the EU and covers the following number of years for each of our brand name products: Stomer, 5 years; Bort, 7 years; Defort, 5 years; Dealers, 3 years.

To receive the extended warranty, you must first register yourself as a user in our For customers area and then register your power tool within 14 days of the date of purchase.
